The Blazer Foundation was a proud supporter of the Rockford Park District’s Jr. Chariots Wheelchair Basketball team for its 2013-14 season. The team beat the Jr. Sioux Wheelers of Sioux Falls, SD at the tournament in Louisville, KY to claim the national title. The Jr. Chariot’s are part of the Therapeutic Recreational Program at the Rockford Park District. The team is shown here at a television press conference held upon their return to Rockford.
